The New SP Millennium ice cream scooping cabinet is strong on personality and perfectly balances hi-tech solutions, tasteful design, high quality finishings and exceptional ergonometrics. It is extremely multifunctional and offers functional optimisation of space. The boosted motors deliver excellent performance in all working conditions.
The New SP Millennium was designed and tested at 35°+4 C in 70% humidity. ISA reliability combined with high quality construction materials guarantee optimal ratios of maximum efficiency-minimum consumption, perfect storage of the displayed product and total hygiene under all working conditions.

MIXGEL 30E & 50E

 

Mixgel, in the two version 30E and 50E , is designed to pasteurize and batch-freeze the ice-cream mix with just one piece of equipment.
Mixgel is the ideal machine where the number one priority is quality and traditional flavors of cottage-industry ice-cream but the space available is somewhat limited (ice-cream bars with small or medium scale daily production, restaurant, bars, etc..)
The machine's pasteurization tank is fitted with scraper blades and construction materials used for the components are in compliance with the strictest health and hygiene standards.
The machine has two separate chambers which can operate independently. Mixgel can be used just partially as either a pasteurize or batch freezer.
